Eaglemosses latest addition to its Battlestar Galactica range is the Original Galactica in all her glory.
Whilst the remake Galactica is a beauty to behold there will always be a special place in my heart for the very first one. Its epic size and stately manner belied a subtle power. I love the alligator shape and the bulky engines.
The model as ever is amazingly well rendered and realised with an excellent base.
The ship exudes power and reflects its status as the representative flagship of a colony world. Getting the ship was such a treat that it has enthused me to rewatch the original series in all its late 70’s glory.
This ship is a worthy addition to any collectors shelf and the accompanying magazine was informative.
